Joshua started his real estate career working for a developer and was in charge of the sale of several completed communities. With a passion for real estate Joshua has the experience needed to close even the most complicated transactions.

As a seasoned real estate investor/broker with almost two decades of experience, Joshua has been fortunate to have gained a high level of expertise in all aspects of real estate investing, sales, property management, development, and leadership. For 18+ years, he has owned and managed several successful real estate brokerages in multiple states.
Since establishing the brokerages, he has played a vital part in providing agents, clients, and partners with the tools and support necessary so that they can produce more passive income.
Early on in his career as a Real Estate Investor, our team developed multiple relationships to acquire non-performing assets for passive long term wealth creation.
